About Ali Hittman
I offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Whether you're navigating the end of a marriage, adjusting to the birth of a child, or struggling with challenging relationships, we will work together to make sense of these life transitions in a way that honors your unique experience.
In our work, we’ll explore your values, your goals for therapy, and the deeper desires you have for a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My approach integrates psychoanalytic, relational, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) perspectives to meet your needs in a thoughtful and personalized way. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I offer virtually, and often blend this with a psychoanalytic framework to help clients process trauma and deepen insight.
Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I invite you to reach out for a complimentary phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
